Tutu Du Monde & Noralee Exchange Policy
- Tutu Du Monde and Noralee items are eligible for exchange or store credit only.
- Exchange /store credit requests must be requested and postmarked by USPS within 7 days of delivery using a return label from our Return Center.
- Due to limited and seasonal collections, we cannot accept exchanges beyond the 7-day window.
How to Request an Exchange
- Check the fit immediately upon receiving your order to ensure you have time to request an exchange within the allowed timeframe.
- Submit your exchange request through our Return Center. If you encounter any issues, please email us for assistance.
- Once approved, we will email you a return label. Store credit (minus return shipping costs) will be issued once we receive and inspect the item.
Final Sale Items (Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable)
The following Tutu Du Monde and Noralee items are final sale and cannot be exchanged or returned:
- Hair accessories, wings, crowns, gloves, wrist cuffs, neck collars, leggings
- Noralee hair accessories
Return Conditions
To qualify for an exchange or store credit:
โ All original tags must be attached and the 360 security tag intact.
โ Items must be unworn, scent-free, undamaged, and in sellable condition.
โ Returns over $300 may be subject to a 10% restocking fee.
โ If an item was damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately so we can arrange a replacement.
Important Notes
- Items with a removed or tampered 360 security tag are non-exchangeable. [More information on our 360 security tags can be found here.]
- No exceptions can be made on the return policy to ensure fairness to all customers.
- We reserve the right to determine if a return meets our resellable condition standards.
