ALL RETURNS MUST GO THROUGH OUR RETURN CENTER, WHERE YOU CAN REQUEST A RETURN SHIPPING LABEL.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return unworn, unwashed merchandise in original condition with tags attached, within 14 days for a refund.**  Item must be received AND scanned by USPS before the 14th Day.

The return window begins on the date the package is delivered. Returns not requested and shipped back before the 14th day can not be accepted. Returns must be made using our return label that is provided to you once the return is approved.

Credits will be issued in the same manner as payment was made.

A return label fee will be deducted from all refunds. If you received free shipping with a free shipping promotion, your refund will be automatically recalculated to subtract the actual shipping fee along with the return label fee. Once you receive a paid return label please return the item within the allowed return time of receiving the delivery. 

We reserve the right to charge a 10% restocking fee on returns over $300.00

Tutu Du Monde and Noralee Return Policy

Tutu Du Monde and Noralee has an exchange only for size or store credit policy, DUE TO LIMITED SIZES and LIMITED EDITION COLLECTIONS, NO EXCEPTIONS CAN BE MADE ON THE POLICY.  You may exchange for a different size or store credit within 7 days. Original tags and our 360 tags must be in place and show no signs of wear, scent or damage to be accepted for an exchange. We reserve the right to refuse refunds for late returns or if the item(s) is returned in an unsellable condition, tags removed, or found to be used. You may request an exchange in our return portal, once approved please reorder the correct size or request a store credit. We will email you a return label to send back your order.

We inspect all items before we ship to make sure they are in proper condition. If you receive an item that may have been damaged during shipping please contact us within 3 days of receiving it so we can set up a replacement or refund.  

All return requests must be done through our Return Center page. A return label will be emailed as approval within 12 hours. Return labels are emailed to the email used to place the order.  Please check your junk mail folder if you don't see it. 

Due to the merchandise being limited and seasonal, we can not make exceptions to return times.

If you received free shipping with a free shipping promotion, your order will be automatically recalculated to reflect the actual shipping fee if returned. The cost of the return shipping label will be deducted from your refund. Once you receive a paid return label, please return the item before the 14th day of receiving the delivery or 5 days if the item is Tutu du Monde or Noralee. 

NON REFUNDABLE or EXCHANGABLE ITEMS

Madame Alexander dolls, $25 Clearance Items, Hair Bows, Headbands and Hair Accessories, Tutu Du Monde Accessories and Wings, Gloves, Final Sale Clearance Items, Costume/Covid Face Masks, Cosmetics, Earrings, Special Orders, Underwear, and Late Returns.  

We are not obliged to issue refunds for any returned items which fall outside of the terms laid out in this Return Policy.

CHRISTMAS HOLIDAY THEMED DRESSES AND OUTFITS ARE NOT RETURNABLE AFTER DECEMBER 19th and Easter-themed items are not returnable after Easter. Halloween items are not returnable after Halloween.
